About this Role

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the organization’s recruiting and staffing initiatives across engineering, construction, corporate, and operations teams. This role is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent that supports the company’s continued growth and project success.

The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing and recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and workforce planning objectives
  • Develop, post, and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media platforms, and company career sites
  • Source candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, social media, direct outreach, and passive recruiting strategies
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
  • Assist with offer preparation, negotiations, and pre-employment processes
  • Support onboarding coordination and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple disciplines
  • Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and industry professionals
  • Attend job fairs, recruiting events, career expos, and networking functions to promote the company brand and attract talent
  • Ensure timely communication, follow-up, and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, workflows, and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity standards
  • Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline activity
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Employee may be required to visit job sites, field offices, and customer locations

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 4–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing platforms
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and priorities within fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting within engineering, construction, EPC, industrial, or infrastructure industries
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing and recruiting platforms
  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices
  • Experience supporting onboarding and pre-employment processes
