As a SAP PMO - Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation projects, collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency and enable clients to achieve their strategic goals.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating and inspiring your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery, encouraging others to do the same. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP implementation projects by coordinating with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams
- Developing comprehensive project plans and allocating resources to meet strategic objectives
- Monitoring project progress and mitigating risks to facilitate successful delivery of SAP solutions
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify linkages and interactions within complex systems
- Overseeing project budgeting, execution, and completion to align with client expectations
- Facilitating cross-functional team coordination to optimize operational efficiency
- Promoting continuous process improvement and embracing innovative technologies
- Conducting program status reporting and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency
- Supporting program capacity building and program scope management to drive project success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9-13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
