Associate, Investment Operations, Global Financial Markets Operations, T&O

• Oversee and manage the settlement lifecycle for Global Financial Markets (GFM) products, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to risk management frameworks.
• Possess a keen eye for detail in reviewing and validating a wide array of transactions supporting documents. You will be responsible for evaluating the documentation provided for various FX Spot and Forward requirements, ensuring that each transaction is well-supported and fully aligned with the underlying business rationale and contractual terms

• Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process automations and quality enhancements.
• Lead the reconciliation of in-house systems with counterparties, General Ledger (GL), and Nostro accounts.
• Process corporate settlement and interbank transactions efficiently.
• Support country-specific automation initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to drive progress.
• Contribute to staff engagement by creatively planning and executing relevant activities.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in derivatives product settlement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present information effectively

Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in automation tools is considered a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Senior Securities Specialist and/or Bill Finance Specialist certificates.
