You’ll own key parts of the user journey—from first visit through signup, activation, and long-term engagement—and you’ll move growth metrics by shipping experiments, optimizing funnels/loops, and building product experiences that help users find value faster. You’ll work with a dedicated engineering team in the EU and collaborate closely with design, data science, and marketing to turn insights into impact.This is a role for someone who is energized by experimentation, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by measurable outcomes.In this role, you will:Own and improve conversion across key stages of the user funnel—from visitor to signup, signup to activated user, and activated to fully engaged userIdentify growth opportunities through quantitative analysis and qualitative research, then prioritize based on expected impactDesign and run a rigorous experimentation program: form hypotheses, define success metrics, ship tests, analyze results, and iterateOptimize onboarding, signup flows, landing pages, and in-product experiences to accelerate time-to-value for new usersCollaborate with engineering to scope, build, and ship growth features at a high cadencePartner with data science to build dashboards, define growth metrics, and develop a deep understanding of user behavior across the funnelWork cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams to align growth initiatives with broader product and business goalsShare learnings and build institutional knowledge around what works, contributing to a strong experimentation culture across the organizationQualificationsHas 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, funnel optimization, or experimentation in a consumer or SaaS productTrack record of improving growth metrics through experimentation—can point to specific results from tests they designed and shippedStrong analytical capabilities: comfortable working with large datasets, building analyses, and using data to inform product decisions. Proficiency with SQL or a similar query language is an advantageDeep understanding of the user acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels—knows how to diagnose drop-offs, form hypotheses, and validate solutionsExperience running a structured experimentation program, including A/B testing, and iterative learningEffective collaborator who builds trust with engineering, design, data science, and marketing partnersClear and concise communicator who can articulate strategy, trade-offs, and results to both technical and non-technical audiencesComfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities—can structure problems independently and move...
