As a Receiving (Stores) Specialist - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming materials and products. You will ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling inventory, supporting supply chain operations, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

You will report directly to our Logistics Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Greer, SC location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the smooth flow of materials into the production and distribution processes, helping to maintain inventory accuracy and supporting overall operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition according to company standards.
  • Accurately record received materials into inventory management systems and ensure proper storage and labeling.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and manage returns or damaged goods.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in receiving, inspecting, and handling inventory in a warehouse or stores environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures and material handling equipment.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

WE VALUE

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse receiving or inventory management roles.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and compliance in warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
