We partner with experts across the industry, guided by empathy and insight, to advance health for everyone.The impact you’ll make in this roleAs a Production Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.This role works the 3rd Shift (Sunday Night – Friday Morning; 11:30pm – 7:30am) and includes starting pay of $28.16/hour + $3.00 Shift Differential:Pay Increase after 6 months to $28.85/hourPay Increase after 12 months to $29.55/hourResponsibilities include but not limited to:Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes.Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems.Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement.Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE)Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basisPossessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)Three (3) years of manufacturing experienceOne (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environment“Nice to Have” Qualifications:Flexibility to ensure all shifts are operating efficiently.Strong mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills.Strong attention to detail.Good leadership and interpersonal skills.Willingness to coach and teach others.Good organization skills.Good ability to collect and analyze data to make informed decisions.Willingness to obtain certifications on relevant processes and equipment.Work Location: Onsite - 5400 Paris Rd, Columbia, MO 65202Travel: Not required for this positionRelocation Assistance: Not authorized  Legal & ComplianceMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.Manufacturing Operations:This position sits within Solventum’s Manufacturing Operations, specifically at one of our global production facilities, where our teams play a hands-on role in bringing life-changing healthcare solutions to life.
