Team

The CRM team drives marketing communications to connect with our existing customers and engage interested prospects across multiple channels. From emails to mobile notifications and website banners, we create campaigns that are clear, well-timed, and highly relevant.

We develop, execute and refine customer communications across different markets, including Germany, Austria, the UK, Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Poland, Italy and Finland. With a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, regional differences and compliance requirements, we craft tailored communications that really speak to our audience. This team combines creativity, precision, and insight to deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.


Your Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Retention Support

  • Perks & Customer Benefits: Assist in the development and management of Raisin’s customer benefit ecosystem, which includes partnering with internal stakeholders and external brands to curate exciting perks and rewards for our customers.
  • Campaign Setup and Execution: Ensure that customers are well informed about the incentives available to them via CRM channels.
  • Continuous Testing and Innovation: Assist in analysing performance metrics, identifying new opportunities, and optimising our reward mechanics through continuous testing and innovation.

Event Management for Top-tier Customers

  • Event Support & Execution: Support the B2C team in planning, organizing, and executing a small number of exclusive customer events per year (initially ~4 events/year), including venue sourcing, guest list management, and on-site logistics.
  • Feedback & Learnings: Gather participant feedback and basic event metrics to help refine future customer experiences.

CRM Marketing

  • Campaign Delivery: Support the wider CRM team by setting up, testing, and launching email, push notification, weblayer and in-app campaigns as required.


Your Profile 

  • Marketing & Partner Experience: First hand experience in a CRM, loyalty, B2C or marketing role with exposure to managing partnerships or partner outreach (e.g., perks, vouchers, co-promotions). Experience working within fintech, banking, tech, or a marketplace environment is a strong plus.
  • Event Management: Experience in organizing physical events, including managing invitations, logistics, and timelines.
  • CRM: Experience with or willingness to learn CRM tools, including building emails and automation flows.
  • Organisational & Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously (e.g., tracking partner outreach, timelines, and event logistics).
  • Communication & Mindset: Proactive attitude, strong communication skills (both customer- and stakeholder-facing), and eagerness to learn complex CRM tools.
  • Language Skills: Advanced German (C1-C2 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in English. Additional languages such as Polish, Finnish, Dutch, Spanish or Italian would be beneficial.
