Job Description
Someone who understands that successful import operations are built on precision, good coordination, and strong cooperation.
In this role, you will be responsible for import activities, ensuring that shipments, documentation, and calculations are accurate and on time. Through close cooperation with logistics providers, internal teams, and the central warehouse, you will support smooth and compliant supply chain operations.
What Will You Do? 🚀
- Independently manage end-to-end import activities for assigned suppliers and shipments.
- Coordinate international transportation, customs clearance, and delivery with logistics providers.
- Prepare and validate import documentation, permits, and import cost calculations.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
- Collaborate daily with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse Operations, Finance, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Monitor shipment status, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate import data and documentation.
- Prepare operational reports and contribute to continuous improvement of import processes.
Qualifications

Your Technical Toolkit 🛠️
- 2–4 years of experience in import, logistics, supply chain, or customs operations.
- Knowledge of international transportation, customs procedures, and import documentation.
- Strong MS Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
- English – communicate effectively in English (B2 level) , both written and verbal, enabling smooth cooperation with international partners.
