Our workplace is dynamic, fast-paced, and just plain fun; we pride ourselves in having an amazing mix of humans who make up our team!The Role:San Francisco, CAShift: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PMCrafty’s Senior Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program while supporting their client site. They deliver the highest quality client experience, centered around hospitality and operational excellence. This role goes beyond completing tasks: Seniors own the outcomes of the site and serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client relationship.They lead day-to-day execution while managing the “complexity of the location” (high-touch clients and/or complex accounts), and are accountable for the written narrative shared with clients (recaps, budgets, and performance updates).Crafty is looking for a Senior Associate whose responsibilities will include:Strategic Site Ownership: Own the outcomes of the site, not just the task list—audit, improve, and proactively problem-solve to improve efficiency and experienceClient Engagement + Budget Partnership: Serve as the on-site point of contact for product swaps, service chains, and budget discussions; align service to the client’s goals while maintaining program standardsMerchandising + Inventory Management: Maintain client office kitchens & pantries, storage rooms, and inventory health; execute ordering and order edits as needed to sustain service qualityEquipment Maintenance + Quality Control: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), complete QC checks, and escalate issues with clarity and urgencyCommunication (Internal + External): Provide clear updates to Crafty partners and own client-facing written recaps and budget communications, ensuring a consistent, professional narrativeThis role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty.
