We champion an inclusive culture and strive to attract and develop a talented workforce to create and deliver a wide range of content reflecting our world.Job DescriptionAs an Attractions Supervisor, in partnership with the Attractions Manager and Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the lead team, maintaining strategic, financial and daily operational plans that support overall guest and team member satisfaction at the attraction.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for growth and development of leadsSupervise daily operation of attraction, including duty management capacityOffer consistent and timely feedback to all team members to ensure team meets expectationsMaintain ongoing focus on safety and positive internal and external guest serviceOversee the operational efficiency of the attraction during park hours and seasonal/special events, including assisting management with developing plans for high efficiency and low wait times through active participation in managing guest flow experienceHelp ensure artistic and thematic integrity of attractionSupport the scheduling department in reviewing the team member schedules weeklyEnsure team understands and follows all company policies and proceduresCrisis management including guest and team member medical/emergency situationsConduct timely investigation and response to incidents including team member/guest concernsAdvocate for active participation in all safety programs, including forming partnership with Environmental Health and Safety groupSupport team member satisfaction and guest satisfaction programs and ensure the staff understands the importance of the programsEnsure that collective bargaining agreements are upheld by partnering with HR and Labor Relations to maintain positive union relationshipsQualificationsMinimum 1 year of operations management experience in theme park or hospitality industry, experience in guest service preferredMust have excellent written and verbal skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word and ExcelMust be available to work on weekends, holidays and nights as requiredAble to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to multiple venues throughout the dayDesired CharacteristicsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Hospitality is highly preferredStrong interpersonal and analytical skillsProactive thinker/self-starter with proven ability to anticipate needs and...
