Purpose
This apprenticeship support role is intended to strengthen operational coordination across video footage handling, audit preparation, tracker maintenance, and repository hygiene.
Role 1: Video Footage Coordination Assistant
Role Focus: Supports investigation readiness by coordinating video evidence requests, receipt validation, naming consistency, storage, and escalation of missing or incomplete recordings.
Key Responsibilities
• Download CCTV videos from Eagle Eye, DVRs, SharePoint links, and other approved sources.
• Verify whether requested videos have been received from test centers.
• Rename videos according to the standard naming convention.
• Organize footage into folders by case, site, and date.
• Maintain video request and receipt trackers.
• Upload videos to designated storage locations.
• Escalate missing, corrupted, or incomplete recordings.
Role 2: Audit Support Coordinator
Role Focus: Supports audit execution by maintaining trackers, preparing review materials and coordinating documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and update audit trackers.
• Prepare audit packets and checklists before reviews.
• Raise Service Direct audit appointment cases using approved templates.
• Follow up with sites for missing documents or recordings.
• Record status updates in trackers.
• Maintain audit calendars and completion logs.
• Reconcile lists of sites against audit planners.
Additional Responsibilities
Update SharePoint repositories. Track team training completion. Quality-check file naming conventions.
