Trauma Associate Sales Representative (Dayton, OH)
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the Trauma Sales team across the Dayton territory to help drive revenue growth and achieve quota
- Assisting with surgical case coverage and providing technical support in operating room environments
- Managing demo inventory including setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring product availability
- Delivering product education and in service training to surgeons and hospital staff
- Transporting inventory between customer accounts to support clinical needs
- Building foundational knowledge of Trauma Orthopaedics including internal and external fixation solutions
- Developing strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and clinical teams
- Participating in a 24 7 on call rotation with the wider sales team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience or relevant clinical experience
- Strong technical learning ability and interest in Trauma Orthopaedics
- Ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospital personnel
- Self motivated and results driven mindset with a desire to grow in medical device sales
- Preferred experience in orthopedics or clinical roles such as EMT, Paramedic, Surgical Technician, Sterile Processing Technician, Operating Room Aide, or Athletic Trainer
