Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and simple troubleshooting of machines to ensure flawless operation.
- Specifically handle Wafer Bond and Wafer De-bond tools with outstanding precision.
- Modify and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAP) to improve efficiency.
- Maintain a pristine workplace environment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are strictly followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an engineering role, particularly with wafer bonding equipment.
- Ability to work shifts as required to support continuous operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to determine and implement effective solutions successfully.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
