Provides outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all individuals. Assists with special projects, data entry, and research. Handles various office tasks efficiently and effectively. Professionally represents the organization in all associated responsibilities. Communicates effectively and appropriately based on visitor needs and age level. Prepares and updates presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents. Other duties as assigned. Supports on-site health fairs and screenings as needed. Performs clerical duties at onsite events, including checking in patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the completion of paperwork. Conducts drug screens, hair collections, and Breath Alcohol tests. Packs and transports supplies to events.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Required]
• Demonstrated ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements [Required]
• Ability to operate a computer, copier, fax and scanner [Required]
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees, and others of diverse backgrounds [Required]
• Previous DOT drug testing knowledge or experience [Preferred]
Education:
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Pay Range:
$15.46 - $24.73Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
