Esbenshade's Garden Center is a family-owned business that has been helping gardeners, homeowners, and professional growers succeed since 1960. Growing many of our own plants, we offer an extensive selection of quality flowers, trees, shrubs, houseplants, lawn and garden supplies, and home goods, backed by knowledgeable service and expert advice. What You'll Do as a Warehouse Associate
- Receive incoming shipments accurately by unloading trucks, inspecting products, and verifying quantities and condition.
- Organize inventory by receiving products into our warehouse system and putting them away in the correct storage locations.
- Track inventory using warehouse software and inventory tools to help maintain accurate stock levels and product locations.
- Communicate receiving discrepancies, damaged products, or inventory concerns promptly to help keep operations running smoothly.
- Support our warehouse and fulfillment teams by helping maintain an efficient flow of inventory for customer and e-commerce orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area while following all warehouse safety procedures.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely after receiving training and authorization.
- Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as needed to support the success of our team and customers.

- Warehouse-Minded: You have previous warehouse or receiving experience—or you're eager to learn—and are comfortable using basic computer systems. Experience with inventory software such as Sellercloud or Skustack is a plus, and we're happy to provide forklift training.
- Physically Capable: You're comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout the day and can regularly lift 20–30 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 70 pounds.
- Team-Focused: You communicate well, work collaboratively, and contribute to the positive, supportive culture that makes Esbenshade's a great place to work.
