As a Senior Marketing Consultant, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, customer engagement, adoption, and business growth across Caterpillar's mining products, services, and technology solutions. Leveraging expertise in channel activation, digital marketing, campaign management, creative development, and public relations, this role translates business objectives and customer insights into effective go-to-market strategies and customer engagement programs that deliver measurable business results.
This keeps the focus broad and strategic while clearly establishing the level and purpose of the role.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze business objectives, customer needs and market opportunities to develop and align integrated marketing strategies.
Lead go-to-market strategy, planning and execution for strategic mining offerings, such as Job Site Solutions and new product introductions (NPIs).
Conduct market, customer and competitive research to identify growth opportunities, customer challenges and industry trends.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, preference, adoption and business growth across products, technology and services.
Partner with product groups, commercial teams, dealers and enterprise stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging, launch readiness and successful market activation.
Measure campaign effectiveness, product launch success and business impact, recommending optimization opportunities as needed.
Maintain effective cross-functional communications to align marketing priorities with evolving organizational objectives, portfolio strategies and customer needs.
Support commercialization efforts by developing customer-focused value propositions, messaging frameworks and content strategies that communicate business outcomes and customer value.
Manage agency, supplier and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives and efficient use of marketing resources.

Top Candidates Will Have:
Experience developing integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies.
Strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and commercialization.
Knowledge of Caterpillar mining products, services, technologies, and dealer network operations.
Ability to leverage customer and market insights to drive business growth.
Additional Information:
The primary work location for this role is Peoria, IL OR Tucson, AZ, with a requirement to work on-site full-time at a Caterpillar facility.
Up to 10-15% travel may be required.

Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
