Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Responsibilities

• Process trade finance transactions including Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, Bank Guarantees, and Trade Loans.
• Review trade documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations and international standards.
• Handle transaction discrepancies and liaise with customers, relationship managers, correspondent banks, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all transactions are processed within the established service level agreement (SLA).
• Monitor operational risks and escalate issues or exceptions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support any project assigned to the team
• Ensure external and internal report prepared and submitted correctly
• Communicate with Business & Regional Stakeholders

Requirements

- Having relevant experience in Trade Operations

- Good knowledge and understanding of latest UCP, ISBP, URC, URDG, ISP, etc.

- Good communication and interpersonal skill

- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision
