All clinicians—across speech, occupational, and physical therapy—are expected to incorporate sensory-based techniques into their work with the children we serve. If you don't yet have experience with sensory integration, that's okay: we provide dedicated training and mentorship to help you build these skills and apply them confidently within your discipline.What you’ll doDeliver one-on-one therapeutic treatment under the supervision of a licensed OTGuide kids on and around therapy equipment safely and confidentlyAssess and demonstrate the use of medical equipment, including prosthetic or orthotic devices and mobility aidsDocument sessions, assessments, and standardized testing in our EMR with accuracy and careTransport kids to and from treatment areas using mobility aids when neededStay current on field advancements through CEUs and continuing educationCommunicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammatesKeep detailed notes on patient history and sessionsMentor students and therapy technicians who come through your teamWhy this role at Oaklin LaneA space built for the work.
