The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$97,900.00 - $146,900.00
Purpose Statement: The Financial Planning Lead provides insights and analysis in support of manufacturing site cost and financial performance. They are responsible for implementing and executing processes that provide business insights and help guide the level of resources necessary to execute our financial plan.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Perform strategic financial analysis to help sites understand key areas to focus in order to enhance customer and site performance. Provide cost analysis, customer financial analysis, and analysis of key investments to support forecasting, cost allocation, and business decisions.
- Assess the appropriate resources and investments necessary to achieve the site financial plan by supporting processes including Forecast Reviews, Functional forecasting, CapEx forecasting and Direct Labor forecasting.
- Lead the execution of cost allocation process and provide insights to site Finance leaders on how changes in cost are impacting the business.
- Help identify and/or communicate CI funnel opportunities and support adoption of regional standards with urgency. Drive a culture of continuous improvement through effective partnership with the Finance Transformation team.
- Serve as a key resource on regional initiatives to provide insight and context into site standard processes. Serve as a connection between what we are seeing at the sites and driving from a regional perspective.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
Other Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Excel is required
- Experience with or expertise in financial systems is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration and teamwork skills are essential.
- Data storytelling and converting data into insights are strongly preferred.
