Your role and responsibilities

As a Solution Architect specializing in Enterprise Transformation, you will oversee the design and implementation of complex projects and programs, ensuring seamless integration of various systems and applications. You will provide technical and project management leadership, guiding the project from requirements gathering to deployment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead Complex Projects: Oversee the design and implementation of complex projects and programs, ensuring seamless integration of various systems and applications. This involves guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining the integrity of the overall solution.

• Provide Technical Leadership: Offer technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. This includes ensuring that solutions meet enterprise-level system requirements.

• Drive Enterprise Transformation: Play a crucial role in driving successful enterprise transformations by leading cross-functional teams and providing technical and project management leadership. • Ensure Solution Integrity: Maintain the integrity of the overall solution by ensuring that all components are properly integrated and meet enterprise-level system requirements.

• Guide Project Deployment: Guide the project from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and meet business needs.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep Expertise in Enterprise Systems: Proven experience with designing and implementing complex projects and programs that integrate various systems and applications at an enterprise level. This involves a thorough understanding of how different systems interact and impact the overall solution.

• Technical Leadership Experience: Experience in providing technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet enterprise-level system requirements. This includes expertise in guiding cross-functional teams and making strategic technical decisions.

• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive successful enterprise transformations. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.

• Solution Integration Expertise: Experience with integrating multiple components to maintain the integrity of the overall solution. This includes ensuring that all components meet enterprise-level system requirements and function seamlessly together.

• Enterprise Transformation Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing strategies that drive successful enterprise transformations. This involves analyzing business needs and developing solutions that meet those needs while ensuring technical feasibility.

Preferred technical and professional experience
