Overview

As a Community Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our clients' social channels to life every day. Working closely with the Account Director, you'll manage community engagement, coordinate content workstreams and support the delivery of social-first content across multiple platforms. From responding to comments and preparing reports to supporting content shoots and publishing content, you'll help ensure our brands consistently show up in a way that is engaging, relevant and true to their identity.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves social media and cares about the details. Someone who treats every client page with the same thought, care and attention they would give to a page of their own—while always remembering it's the client's brand and voice, not their own.

Responsibilities

Community Management & Reporting

  • Manage the day-to-day community engagement across assigned social channels.
  • Respond to comments, messages and conversations in a timely, thoughtful and on-brand manner.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen engagement through meaningful interactions with the community.
  • Monitor conversations, audience sentiment and emerging trends, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Prepare monthly community management and social performance reports.
  • Review content performance to understand what resonated with audiences and identify opportunities for future optimisation.
  • Share observations and recommendations with the wider team to continually improve content and community engagement.
  • Care for the client's social channels with the same attention and pride you would your own, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's personality and standards.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate assigned content workstreams from briefing through to delivery.
  • Work closely with creatives, copywriters, editors, creators and production partners to keep projects moving.
  • Manage timelines, feedback and approvals across assigned pieces of work.
  • Review content to ensure it is:
    • aligned with the brief and strategy
    • appropriate for each social platform
    • consistent with the brand's tone of voice
    • delivered to a high standard
  • Support the planning and execution of social content shoots.
  • Attend shoots to help ensure content is captured according to brief and identify opportunities for additional social-first moments.
  • Coordinate production logistics where required and work closely with editors through to final delivery.

Publishing & Platform Management

  • Schedule and publish content across social platforms.
  • Carry out quality assurance checks before publishing, ensuring captions, tagging, links and assets are accurate.
  • Monitor published content and resolve publishing issues where required.
  • Maintain publishing calendars and ensure content is delivered on schedule.

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Build positive working relationships with day-to-day client contacts.
  • Support the Account Director in managing the day-to-day running of the account.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on timelines, approvals and project progress.
  • Proactively raise risks or issues that may impact delivery.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years' experience in community management, social media or account servicing within a creative, social or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats and internet culture.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to tone of voice.
  • Experience managing brand communities across multiple social platforms.
  • Comfortable coordinating creative work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting social content shoots or productions is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
