Opportunity Overview: 

We are looking for a Manager, Client Analyst to play a key role in delivering value for our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) customers. Reporting into our Senior Manager, PaaS Value Delivery, you will be part of a small, fast-paced team working directly with clients to strategically design, execute, and maintain a robust prior authorization decisioning automation program. Ultimately, the work you do will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and our ability to assist more patients at a time in their healthcare journey when they need help most.

This is a remote-first role that may require travel to Boston, MA for new hire onboarding and occasional in-person team meetings and company events.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, enabling execution, prioritization, and professional development
  • Consult Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) clients on designing an optimal decision automation program and develop strategic roadmaps
  • Enhance the scale and efficacy of the Client Facing Analyst team through process optimization, streamlined analytics framework, and AI tooling.
  • Partner with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering teams in scoping new and enhanced product features to meet client automation needs
  • Translate complex client requirements into a detailed technical blueprints for development teams to leverage when implementing new clients
  • Analyze authorization and claims data, leverage data visualization softwares to build and maintain analytical reports that inform internal and external stakeholders on platform performance
  • Ensure client’s KPIs are met and ensure end-to-end automation success for the portfolio of clients through each stage of customer lifecycle

What you’ll need:

  • 8+ years in a data-centric, client-facing role
  • Passionate about improving U.S. healthcare and patient outcomes; understanding of healthcare systems, terminology, and regulations strongly preferred
  • Comfortable navigating ethical considerations in healthcare data management
  • SQL proficiency for complex healthcare datasets; skilled with Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills; able to juggle multiple priorities independently in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and translating problems into product/KPI improvements
  • Management Consulting or HealthTech experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH or equivalent preferred

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and internal alignment.
