Role Focus

Strategic Creative Execution & Data-Driven Decision Making. As a P2 Video Producer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex video projects, operating largely independently to deliver strategic creative content. Moving beyond simple task execution, this role utilizes specialized knowledge to translate broad organizational strategies into compelling visual narratives. You will leverage objective and subjective data to inform creative decisions, hone video performance, and ensure corporate messaging resonates deeply with target audiences.

  • Responsible for products and processes largely independently; executes complex tasks to achieve goals.
  • Leads the independent production and editing of complex, high-quality video content for marketing & communications campaigns, large-scale events, and executive messaging.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert with a productive understanding of the video production functional area, ensuring all deliverables align with overarching brand and communication strategies.

  • Independently plans and establishes next steps to improve outcomes; monitors and drives progress on work plans with limited support.
  • Owns project timelines, resource allocation, and production schedules, taking accountability for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of your work and that of external vendors.
  • Helps others get stuff done by managing logistics efficiently (e.g., studio maintenance, location scouting, crew coordination) and stepping in to troubleshoot production needs.

  • Collaborates with leaders in the lane to drive results; delegates work and holds others accountable.
  • Communicates in a clear, professional, and concise manner. Facilitates effective creative meetings and leads discussions with cross-functional partners and on-camera talent.
  • Builds strong partnerships across peer groups and delegates specific execution tasks to preferred vendors, ensuring they meet our quality and brand standards.

Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving

  • Garners insights from objective and subjective data sources to demonstrate action plans to improve outcomes; recommends solutions to roadblocks.
  • Utilizes performance metrics, audience engagement data, and A/B testing to evaluate video impact and continuously refine creative strategies.
  • Thinks critically to recommend solutions for production conflicts or process inefficiencies, developing potential ideas and solutions for workflow improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in film/television production, digital media, or communications preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience across a wide range of pre-production, production, and post-production tasks, with a proven track record of executing work independently.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop). Advanced knowledge of digital video cameras, lighting techniques, audio recording, and applying data analytics to creative content.
  • Portfolio: Must provide a diverse show reel demonstrating strategic storytelling, editing, and technical production capabilities as part of the application process.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25lbs, stand for long periods, and work on ladders. Some travel may be required.

Continued demonstration of strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership will pave the way toward the P3 (Project Manager / Lead) level, where you will manage larger processes and make broader recommendations to keep work moving forward.

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
