Senior Software Engineer, Advertising Platform

Work closely with PMs, UX designers and partner teams to design and develop features from concept to release and live operations. Quality and result driven in project execution. Build metrics and monitor impact of features. Drive AI-powered product innovation by integrating intelligent capabilities into customer experiences and leveraging AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering efficiency and product quality. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Solid CS fundamentals, solid inclination for architecting at scale. Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills. Proficient in data driven decision making, ability to build metrics to analyze business impact. Outstanding coding experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML and/or CSS. Experience with ReactJS and modern front end development environment is highly desirable. Experience with data analysis and building metrics to measure business impact. Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and modern engineering practices to improve developer productivity, accelerate product development, reduce time-to-market, and enhance software quality throughout the product development lifecycle.
