The person hired for the position of Solutions Trainer you will engage with our customers both remotely and onsite to facilitate training for our Solventum™ HIS software customers. Here, you will make an impact by:As a (n) Solutions Trainer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Leads demonstrations, and training for our customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, incorporating blended Learning & adult learning concepts.Implements Delivery of web -based and Live classroom training, as well as contribution to asynchronous trainingSupports project implementations with pre and post-go live participation with key project stakeholders.Determines applicable Training plans in coordination with customer and implementation resourcesActively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards, complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum values and ethical standards. Your Skills and Expertise   To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (5) five years of relevant training experiencein a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (11) eleven years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government or military environmentIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:3 years of Experience in Inpatient, outpatient or Professional coding3 years of experience in HIM, Revenue Cycle3 years of experience as coder in Hospital...
