Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Own the yearly compensation strategy process, driving alignment to enterprise priorities and consistent execution.Translate business strategy into scalable compensation architecture and approaches that support evolving organizational needs.Compose and build new compensation programs, including production pay structures and targeted solutions.Lead enterprise compensation initiatives, including program design, harmonization, and process simplification.Define and evolve compensation governance, tools, and decision frameworks to enable consistent, efficient outcomes.Synthesize market data, internal analytics, and external trends into clear, actionable insights.Provide expert mentorship on sophisticated compensation challenges, supporting non-standard scenarios and blocking issues.Develop scalable tools, templates, and playbooks that enable consistent decision-making across the organization.Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and HR Technology (HRIS) to deliver coordinated compensation solutions.Support M&A, restructuring, and global program implementation.Build relationships and rapport with HR colleagues, business leaders, and multiple cross-functional partners using strong technical, communication, and teamwork skills.YOU HAVE:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Finance, business or related fieldAdvanced degree (MBA or Master’s) a plusProficient communication in EnglishCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification a plus7+ years of proven experience preferredDesigning and scaling compensation programs, frameworks, or architecturesLeading enterprise or global compensation initiativesSophisticated analytics, benchmarking, and data-driven decision supportExperience with global compensation programs and regulatory requirementsDriving compensation transformation or harmonization effortsFacilitating annual compensation planning processesHuman Resources (HR) systems configuration and reporting (Workday preferred)Manufacturing experience or experience with hourly production compensation a plusOperating in a global organizationWE HAVE:A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every daynVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
