When a family calls, walks in, or reaches out for the first time, you’re the voice they hear and the face they see. You guide them through intake, answer their questions, and help them feel at home in our neighborhood. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.What you’ll doWelcome families with warmth, creating a space where kids and caregivers feel at home from the first helloManage patient check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and careGuide new families through the intake process — collecting demographic, insurance, and consent informationAnswer phones, respond to emails, and provide clear, compassionate communication to caregivers and referring providersCollaborate with the clinical team to keep scheduling smooth and communication clear between staff and familiesVerify insurance benefits and walk families through questions about coverage, copays, and authorizationsKeep patient records accurate and up to date in our EMR systemHelp manage daily clinic flow so families feel seen and supported at every stepSupport general office operations — scanning, filing, supply organization, and keeping the front desk running wellWhy this role at Oaklin LaneA space built for the work.
