Therapist, Occupational Per Diem
The Per Diem Occupational Therapist serves as a flexible, as-needed member of the Rehabilitation Services team, providing coverage across outpatient and/or inpatient practice settings to support patient access and continuity of care. This role helps address staffing needs related to vacations, leaves of absence, vacancies, weekend and holiday coverage, and other operational demands. Depending on the therapist’s area of practice and preferred work setting, the position may be structured around outpatient( Pediatric and/or Adult populations), inpatient, or a blended combination of both, provided the therapist maintains sufficient work frequency to meet established annual eligibility requirements for the role. Per diem therapists are expected to maintain competency within their designated specialty area while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. This non-benefit-eligible role offers scheduling flexibility while requiring an ongoing commitment to meet participation expectations established by Rehabilitation Services
