The opportunity

Pumps. Pipework. Treatment assets. Complex shutdowns. Big responsibility.

We're looking for a Senior Site Supervisor - Mechanical to join the Logan Water team and take ownership of critical mechanical construction works across one of Southeast Queensland's largest water infrastructure programs.

This role is about more than managing day-to-day site activities. You'll be leading supervisors, coordinating subcontractors, solving delivery challenges and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a standard you're proud of.

What you'll do

  • Lead mechanical construction activities across water and wastewater projects
  • Coordinate supervisors, subcontractors and multiple work fronts
  • Drive project outcomes across safety, quality, programme and budget
  • Support planning, scheduling and construction methodology development 
  • Build capability within site teams through mentoring and leadership
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and key stakeholders
  • Promote consistency, innovation and continuous improvement across projects
  • Champion a strong Zero Harm culture across all works

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience delivering mechanical construction works within water or wastewater projects
  • Proven ability to lead supervisors, subcontractors and site-based teams
  • Trade qualification in a mechanical discipline highly regarded
  • Experience coordinating complex construction activities and programme requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Ability to solve problems, build teams and drive performance
  • Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
