This role includes partial pallet picking, unloading materials, and transferring goods between facilities while maintaining high standards of Safety, Quality, and accuracy. Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. What You’ll DoAccurately pick, pack, and wrap finished goods to customer specificationsProcess customer orders and ensure all documentation is complete and accurateUnload, inspect, and validate incoming ingredients, packaging, and materialsStore and retrieve materials from warehouse locations to support productionLoad and unload finished goods for shipment to customers and other facilitiesMaintain FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation and support overall inventory accuracyProcess paperwork for all material and product movementsEnsure materials meet quality and documentation standardsOperate handheld scanners, ERP systems, and warehouse technologyStore and pick pallets within AS/RS systemsMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standardsCollaborate with internal teams (Operations, FSQ, R&D) and external partnersEnsure on-time shipments to meet customer and business needs
Requirements
What You’ll NeedForklift operating experienceHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse or manufacturing environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, inventory systems)Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skillsAbility to multitask and adapt to changing prioritiesCommitment to safety, quality, and teamworkAbility to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment
