Multi Skilled Operator Supervisor
Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Multi-Skilled Operator Supervisor to oversee a range of maintenance and operational tasks at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set covering areas such as heat exchanger cleaning, air filter replacement, cooling tower maintenance, general equipment upkeep, and coordination of maintenance personnel. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure efficient and effective execution of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks including heat exchanger cleaning, air filter replacement, cooling tower maintenance, generator room cleaning, and other low-risk maintenance activities.
Facilitate coordination, planning, and escorting of maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain work order priorities and schedule tasks accordingly.
Maintenance Activities:
Perform or oversee heat exchanger cleaning, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Coordinate air filter replacement, utilizing Google-provided filters as needed.
Supervise cleaning of cooling towers and generator rooms to maintain operational integrity.
Conduct or supervise general maintenance tasks on golf carts, lifts, bicycles, and doors.
Administrative Duties:
Handle administrative tasks including time approvals, communication within the chain of command, and liaison with on-site maintenance planners and clients.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in heat exchanger cleaning, air filter replacement, cooling tower maintenance, and general equipment upkeep.
Leadership: Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective coordination, reporting, and client interaction.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.
