Job Overview

Planear, coordinar, controlar y optimizar los procesos de producción para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, entrega y costo, impulsando la mejora continua y la eficiencia operativa. 

A Day In The Life

• Elaborar y dar seguimiento a los planes de producción. 

• Definir metas diarias, semanales y mensuales. 

• Coordinar los recursos humanos, materiales y equipos para cumplir con el programa de producción. 

• Monitorear el cumplimiento de indicadores (KPIs). 

• Analizar la eficiencia de líneas y procesos. 

• Identificar pérdidas de producción y ejecutar acciones correctivas. 

• Optimizar procesos mediante Lean Manufacturing. 
• Reducir tiempos improductivos y desperdicios a tarvés de la implementación de proyectos de mejora.
• Balancear cargas de trabajo. 

• Reducir cuellos de botella. 

• Mejorar el flujo de producción. 

What will help you thrive in this role?

• Escolaridad Ingeniería Industrial, Manufactura, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afín. 

• 3 a 5 años en manufactura. 

• Planeación y control de producción. 

• Administración de personal operativo. 

• Mejora continua y balanceo de líneas. 

Conocimientos técnicos 

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (deseable), Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM. 

• SAP (deseable). 

• Excel avanzado. 

• Power BI (deseable).
