About Netwealth

Netwealth isn't just a company. We're shaping the future of wealth in Australia. Our award-winning platform and NextGen technology empower advisers and investors to achieve more, and we're proud to be recognised as one of Australia's most innovative FinTech businesses.

But what truly sets us apart? Our people. We're a team of curious, optimistic and courageous individuals who collaborate to make life better for more Australians. We value authenticity, and agility, and we believe in creating an environment where you can do your best work, grow your career, and feel part of something meaningful.

If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, where innovation is celebrated, and where you can help shape a brighter financial future, join us at Netwealth.

The opportunity

Every now and then, a role comes along where you don't just join a team. You help build something new.

At Netwealth, we're investing in a dedicated Broking & Wealth Management channel, bringing together the strength of our established platform with a focused team committed to growing our presence in the market. This newly created role sits at the centre of that journey.

As our next Senior Training & Relationship Manager, you'll be the person clients turn to when they're onboarding to the platform, looking to deepen their knowledge, or searching for a trusted partner who understands their world. You'll help advisers, brokers and support teams build confidence, maximise platform capability and ultimately deliver better outcomes for their clients.

This isn't a traditional sales role.

It's a role for someone who loves building relationships, facilitating great conversations, solving problems and helping people succeed. One day you could be delivering training to a new firm, the next supporting a major transition project, and the day after working alongside your sales pod to identify opportunities for growth.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years experience in financial services, platform support, relationship management, client service or training

  • Understands the wealth management and broking landscape

  • Loves connecting with people and building credibility quickly

  • Can simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging training sessions

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look exactly the same

  • Is comfortable travelling to support clients across Australia

What makes this opportunity special is the chance to shape how we engage with a growing client base from the very beginning. You'll play a key role in strengthening adviser capability, driving platform adoption and helping build long-term advocacy for Netwealth across the market.

You'll join one of Australia's leading wealth technology businesses, working alongside a high-performing team that values curiosity, collaboration, optimism and genuine partnerships.

If you're passionate about financial services, enjoy helping clients succeed and want to be part of building something exciting, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help shape the future of Netwealth's Broking & Wealth Management channel.
