About the Role
You’ll support the development and activation of brand marketing and thought leadership priorities for International Organisations Health. Your work will help strengthen Cigna Healthcare’s position as a trusted health partner for IGOs, NGOs, and governments who rely on access to quality healthcare for their people.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift, and you’ll help turn strategic ideas into clear messaging, compelling campaigns, and high-quality materials across key touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
- Support the activation of the IOH brand strategy and Return on Care thought leadership platform, helping translate priorities into clear marketing plans and campaign messaging.
- Develop audience-specific content, narratives, and materials that connect IOH priorities to market trends, client challenges, and external conversations.
- Partner with subject matter experts, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and agency partners to turn insights into clear, credible, and engaging stories.
- Shape messaging, themes, agendas, and external speaker engagement for flagship events, including the Client Health Summit and major industry events.
- Deliver consistent storytelling across event materials, presentations, emails, web content, social posts, and other campaign assets.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across events, email, social, and digital channels, with ownership for timely delivery and quality.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities to improve impact, and support alignment with IH Brand, Thought Leadership, and Customer Engagement teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in marketing communications, brand, campaign, or related marketing roles.
- Strong writing, messaging, and content development skills.
- The ability to turn strategic priorities into practical campaign plans, messaging, and assets.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies.
- Strong project management and prioritisation skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and see work through to completion.
- Confidence working in an environment where priorities may change and time-sensitive work needs a clear, responsive approach.
