As a Reporting Specialist at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will provide advisory and practical support to teams across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas. You are expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope. Responsibilities
- Providing advisory and practical support to teams across various risk and compliance areas
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks effectively
- Applying intellectual curiosity to gather information and analyze facts for risk reporting
- Handling confidential information with care and maintaining regulatory compliance
- Adapting to diverse client needs and collaborating with team members to deliver quality work
- Developing commercial awareness and understanding how the business operates
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Actively listening and communicating ideas clearly to foster teamwork and collaboration
- Seeking and reflecting on feedback to drive personal growth and development
- Reviewing payments and transfers of value (ToV) against Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other transparency regulations, and providing accurate, reportable data
- Tracking, aggregating, and validating HCP/HCO spend data for disclosure in accordance with compliance requirements
- Partnering with finance, compliance, and reporting teams to confirm complete, accurate, and audit-ready transparency data with fixed deadlines
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- At least 2 years of experience in transparency reporting, ToV data management, finance operations, or compliance analytics
- Working knowledge of Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other HCP/HCO transparency regulations
- Experience using transparency reporting systems, financial systems, or data aggregation tools (e.g., SAP, Interactions Hub, Transparency Hub or similar)
