Machine Operator
As a Machine Operator here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in the production line (packing, labelling and implementing quality assurance).
We have an opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our team at Honeywell, in Southend-on-Sea, where you will play a key role in the production line (packing, labelling and implementing quality assurance).
This is a permanent role, based fully onsite in Southend, and will follow the below rotational shift pattern:
- Week 1: Monday – Thursday 6am – 4pm
- Week 2: Monday – Thursday 4pm – 12:30am, Friday 2pm – 7pm

Key Responsibilities
- To manually & automatically assemble products
- Completion of First offs quality samples and complete quality documentation
- Ensure efficient running of Assembly equipment
- Feed components and replenish materials for assembly / packing processes
- Actively support waste reduction initiatives
- Ideally be able to read & understand Quality documentation
- Adhere to Health & Safety standards
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Able to operate within a high-volume production/ manufacturing environment
- To be fully committed to achieving the team’s objectives and targets
- To be self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative, and as part of a team
- Used to working with high standard of quality control
- Good communicator at all levels
