Skip to main contentEnglishEnglishBack to all jobsSenior Content & Thought Leadership Specialist (m/f/d)Germany, Munich (HQ)Full-timePermanent employeeApply for this jobAbout the roleAt Agile Robots, we are scaling a global robotics and AI company — and communication plays a key role in how we position ourselves towards customers, partners, media, policymakers and future investors.As Senior Content & Thought Leadership Specialist (m/f/d), you will take ownership of high-impact communication and support the positioning of our company and leadership externally.Working closely with the Team Lead Corporate Communications and senior stakeholders, you will translate strategy, technology and business topics into clear, compelling and visible content across channels.This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment — combining strong writing skills, strategic understanding and a high level of ownership.Your ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality content for company and executive communication (e.g. Messaging, LinkedIn, articles, speeches)Translate complex topics in robotics, AI and business strategy into clear and compelling narrativesTranslate thought leadership topics into channel-specific formats (e.g. LinkedIn posts, YouTube concepts)Develop thought leadership content to position Agile Robots and its leadership externallyWrite and maintain key communication materials (e.g. website content, core messaging, articles)Take ownership of developing and strengthening executive social media presence (e.g. CEO, leadership profiles), collaborating on social media planning, tone and editorial direction across channelsSupport or take over hands-on social media execution (e.g. posting, content adaptation), if requiredSupport the development of storylines and narratives for strategic topics (e.g. partnerships, media positioning, public affairs topics)Support and further develop Agile Robots’ social media presence from a content perspective, with a focus on LinkedIn and executive channelsCollaborate closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholdersWork with external partners (e.g. PR agencies, business) to align messaging and contentEvaluate content performance together with analytics and continuously improve outputEssential Skills5–10 years of experience in strategic content, PR or journalismExcellent writing and editing skills in English and GermanAbility to simplify complex and technical topics into clear messaging and engaging, platform-specific formatsStrong background in robotics and technologyStrong understanding of digital content as well as LinkedIn, Website and YouTube as a channelExperience working with senior stakeholders or executivesHigh level of ownership and hands-on working styleStructured and reliable approach combined with a proactive mindsetProven hands-on experience with AI tools is required, including the ability to actively leverage AI to increase productivity and content qualityAbout usAgile Robots SE is an international high-tech company based in Munich, Germany with a production site in Kaufbeuren and more than 2300 employees worldwide.
