Job Overview:We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute visual communication for our fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in skincare and makeup. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual identity across all platforms, driving design innovation while ensuring aesthetic consistency and commercial appeal.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative ExecutionDesign visually appealing creatives for campaigns, product launches, offers, and seasonal promotions.Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital touchpoints.Adapt existing campaign concepts into multiple platform-ready formats.E-commerce & Performance CreativesCreate banners, landing page assets, marketplace creatives, and website visuals.Design engaging creatives for social media ads, emailers, CRM campaigns, and app/web promotions.Support performance marketing teams with conversion-focused creatives.Team CollaborationWork closely with the brand, marketing, and platform teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives.Coordinate with different teamsIncorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality.Trend & Market AwarenessStay updated with beauty, fashion, and social media design trends.Research competitor creatives and contribute fresh visual ideas.Experiment with new design styles and formats relevant to beauty consumers.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.1 year of graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.Experience designing for digital platforms and e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc. is preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and collaboration skills.Basic knowledge and understanding of AI generative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, etc
