We are seeking an experienced Workday Senior Integrations Consultant to support both Workday implementation projects and Application Management Services (AMS) engagements. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday integrations while partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions throughout the Workday lifecycle. 

The ideal candidate has strong technical integration skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a client facing consulting environment. Experience supporting Workday HCM and Workday Financials integrations is highly preferred.  

Responsibilities  

  • Implementation Support. 
  • Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations based on client requirements. 
  • Develop and configure EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services integrations. 
  • Participate in requirements gathering, integration design sessions, testing, and production deployments. 
  • Create technical documentation including integration specifications, mappings, and support documentation. 
  • Collaborate with Workday functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders. 

 

AMS / Post-Production Support  

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday integrations. 
  • Monitor integration schedules, troubleshoot errors, and perform root cause analysis. 
  • Resolve production issues and implement integration enhancements. 
  • Support Workday quarterly releases, regression testing, and integration validations. 
  • Manage and track client requests using ticketing systems such as Jira.

Preferred Experience  

  • Experience with Workday HCM and Financials integrations preferred. 
  • Experience with Workday Financials integrations preferred. 
  • Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems such as payroll providers, benefits platforms, finance systems, and external applications. 
  • Experience working with Jira or similar ticket management/project tracking tools. 

 

Qualifications  

  • 2+ years of Workday Integration experience. 
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations and/or AMS engagements. 
  • Strong experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services. 
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, functional teams, and business stakeholders. 
  • Consulting or customer-facing experience preferred. 
  • Advanced English required; bilingual preferred.
