Main Accountabilities:

Comply with and implement the Hitachi Energy Safety Management Regulations; Complete on-site fault inspection, diagnosis, and repair tasks in accordance with the instructions of the customer service supervisor, ensuring quality and quantity. Maintain good customer relationships and uphold a positive corporate image; Maintain various on-site service records (including census records, ST5, service logs, component replacement records, loading information, allocation details, and summaries of customer on-site inspection and ticket verification) and promptly transmit them back as required; Can write a low complexity quality problem analysis report separately; Report customer complaints received through various channels or issues identified on-site promptly, and submit satisfaction surveys as required; Collect and report information on issues encountered during the installation and operation of products at customer sites, providing valuable recommendations for the company to implement quality improvements; Possess a strong awareness of quality and safety, strictly adhering to the client's rules and regulations on-site; Participate in various company-organized training sessions on safety, quality, occupational health, operational skills, and other related topics;

Education: College degree or above Computer: Proficient in using Word/Excel office tools Requirements: Male, in good health, capable of adapting to long-term business trips Skills: Possess a certain level of knowledge in electrical or mechanical structures. Experience with an electrician's license is preferred
