As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering premium services within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, which extends PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements by providing cost-effective and quality services that enhance process quality and delivery capability. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex business issues, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships. You will navigate ambiguity and use critical thinking to deliver solutions that align with our business strategies.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, focusing on SAP technology. You will contribute to the development of your technical acumen and the PwC brand, while proactively managing client relationships and engaging in business development activities. Your ability to anticipate client needs and guide others will be essential as you continue to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with clients, fostering relationships and driving impactful solutions in a rapidly evolving business environment.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, reporting to Managers and above
- Leading and training staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients
- Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team
- Staying informed about local and national business and economic issues
- Engaging in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within PwC
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to support client solutions
- Implementing SAP technologies such as SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP NetWeaver to optimize business processes
- Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to drive business transformation initiatives
- Embracing change and fostering an inclusive environment to support team collaboration and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights
- Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences
- Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized database management
