As a SAP-MDG-Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and deliver quality solutions. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize your experience in data migration and SAP technologies to deliver impactful solutions, supporting clients in achieving their strategic goals.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client data migration requirements and legacy data structures to design effective migration solutions
- Collaborating with SAP functional and technical consultants to address data migration challenges and optimize processes
- Designing and implementing data migration frameworks using SAP Data Services and Information Steward
- Managing data migration projects, including building, testing, executing, and overseeing migrations with tools like SAP SDS LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit
- Conducting preload and post-load validation of migration results and advising on data cleansing strategies
- Performing migration dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and providing post go-live support
- Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
- Creating technical specification documents to guide the development of data services jobs
- Supporting data cleansing activities using Information Steward, Excel, Data Services, and SQL tools
- Providing advisory services to clients on data management strategies and techniques to enhance data quality and derive valuable insights

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Snaplogic for data migration
- Utilizing SAP BODS and LTMC for data management
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data integration
- Developing data migration frameworks using SAP Data Services
- Supporting data cleansing with Information Steward and SQL tools
- Managing data validation exercises through SIT, UAT, and PROD cut-over
