We are a lean and high-impact team with a strong focus on process excellence, data-driven decisions, and operational efficiency.We are looking for a driven Finance Operations Analyst to join our team and own the day-to-day financial operations — from payments and receivables to expense control and process improvement. If you're detail-oriented, systems-minded, and excited about working in a fast-paced tech environment, we'd love to hear from you! ​ResponsibilitiesTogether with the Head of Finance, manage end-to-end payment processes, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time via Odoo;Together with the Sales Team, monitor and follow up on accounts receivable, tracking outstanding invoices and supporting timely collection;Together with all department leads, control and reconcile employee corporate card expenses, SaaS subscriptions, and operational spend, ensuring compliance with company policies;Be responsible for day-to-day cash monitoring activities, flagging discrepancies and keeping records clean in the ERP (Odoo);Identify inefficiencies in finance workflows, ensure existing processes are being followed, and contribute to process improvements and automations within our ERP (Odoo) and connected tools (Notion, Slack, Revolut);Support the Head of Finance with periodic reporting, keeping financial data accurate and up to date to drive fast, informed decisions across the business.  Skills & ExperienceDegree in Finance, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field;1+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or a similar role (internships and curricular placements count); A big sense of responsibility & accountability: you own your work end-to-end and follow through; You're comfortable with financial operations fundamental: account payables, account receivables, cash reconciliations, month-end closing procedures, and expense control don't intimidate you;You combine an enterprise toolkit with a startup mindset: ability to prioritise, adapt fast, and thrive in a high-pace environment where things change quickly;You're a process improver at heart: you spot inefficiencies and actively look for smarter ways to do things, whether through automation or better workflows; Being knowledgeable of ERP systems is a plus, preferably Odoo, but experience with Primavera, SAGE, NetSuite or similar counts.You're a digital-first person: Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, and Revolut are tools you pick up fast;Fluency in English (working language).Nice to have:You've worked in a startup or fast-growing tech company before;You're curious about finance automation and systems integration.
