Director, Security Sales - Enterprise Commercial (EC)

Drive the shift from product-led selling to an AI-first, integrated security platform narrative across identity, data, endpoint, cloud security, security operations and AI security. Own the customer conversation around AI-ready productivity, secure data estates, trusted AI platforms, secure agents and agentic security operations. Build and develop a world-class Security sales organization capable of leading AI-first customer conversations and integrated platform selling. Coach managers and sellers on executive storytelling, competitive positioning, solution-area orchestration and platform-led transformation selling. Attract, retain and grow top cybersecurity and AI security sales talent through Model, Coach, Care leadership principles and a high-performance learning culture. Multiple years of experience in technology-related sales or account management experience. OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND few years technology-related sales or account management experience. Proven people management experience. Solid understanding of the Security Solutions portfolio. Multiple years technology-related sales or account management experience, or equivalent senior sales leadership experience. Multiple years senior technical sales leadership experience in cloud services growth, consumption and platform transformation. Experience leading solution-area orchestration across or comparable enterprise sales, technical and customer-success organizations. Experience engaging CISOs, CIOs, boards, regulators and AI transformation leaders on cyber resilience, AI governance, operational risk and trusted platform adoption. Fluency in spoken and written English & German, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional/business environment.
