As we continue expanding across North America, we're establishing our Austin operation and are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to become one of the key leaders helping shape our future in Texas.

The Opportunity
As Senior Construction Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of complex workplace fit-out and corporate interiors projects from preconstruction through to completion.
You'll build trusted client relationships, oversee programme, commercial performance and project delivery, whilst collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the exceptional standards Unispace is known for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading multiple workplace fit-out and tenant improvement (TI) projects from inception through completion
- Acting as the primary client contact throughout project delivery
- Managing programme, commercial performance and project risk
- Working collaboratively with our strategy, design and construction teams
- Supporting and mentoring delivery teams
- Helping establish and grow our Austin operation
About You
You'll likely have significant experience delivering commercial workplace fit-out, tenant improvement (TI) or corporate interiors projects as a Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar leadership position.
You'll also bring:
- Strong client relationship skills
- Commercial and programme management experience
- Experience delivering high-value workplace fit-out projects
- A collaborative leadership style
- A passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
- The ability to commute into Austin as our local office continues to grow
Experience within workplace fit-out, commercial interiors or tenant improvement (TI) is essential.
