Step into the engine room of enterprise technology, where every decision you make can shape how a customer’s systems perform today - and scale for tomorrow. In this role, you’ll balance hands-on delivery with long-term strategic planning. From analyzing issues and testing solutions to automating processes and integrating across platforms, your work will touch every layer of IT infrastructure. What you will do
Analyze and Solve
•Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems to identify root causes
•Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines and customer priorities
•Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability
•Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions
Design and Integrate
•Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies
•Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to ensure seamless operation
•Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors
•Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing and operational continuity
Collaborate and Deliver
•Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians

Required Technical and Professional Experience
12-15 years of Network Engineering Experience with expertise in Routing, Switching and Wireless technologies
Strong knowledge and experience in Enterprise Wireless Design , Implementation and Troubleshooting on Cisco and Meraki platforms
Experience with Cisco catalyst 9K series switches, Wireless LAN controllers and Wireless Access Points
Design and deployment of large enterprise branch office using Routing, Switching & Wireless LAN technologies
LAN, Internet connectivity & related technologies (MPLS, IPSEC VPN, LAN
Optimizers, Rate Limiters, QoS, etc.)
Knowledge in Versa SDWAN and public Cloud platforms.
Experience with Cisco Nexus 9K series switches
Infrastructure Services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, etc.)
Experience in Load Balancer platforms like Citrix Netscalar and F5
Network Monitoring & Management Platforms such as NNMi and Science Logic
Experience in design, deployment and troubleshooting of Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)
Experience in orechestration platforms such as Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Prime and Cisco Collector
Exposure to various facets of branch office build-out including planning, designing and implementation of facilities and structured cabling solutions.
Experience in evaluating, adapting and implementing multi-vendor global LAN networks for integrated (voice, video, data) traffic using various connectivity means, including MPLS, IPSEC VPN and others.
Understanding various perimeter security solutions technologies in the data center and branch office environments including firewalls, remote access VPNs, IPS/IDS systems and
Strong ability to document processes, procedures and network designs clearly and accurately for distribution to internal teams and customers.
Excellent Written and Oral Communication and Presentation skills.
General technical skills designing, documenting, and implementing Infrastructure projects.
Sound knowledge of ITIL service management best practices
Knowledge in Scripting languages like Python, PowerShell.
Network automation skills with Ansible and Python.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
This role is for a senior network architect to join the team that designs the office wired and wireless infrastructure for the customer branch offices.
Evaluate the requirements of each project by working the customer project manager and Kyndryl cross functional teams to select and implement the most appropriate solution according to the network standards.
The role requires sound analytical, problem solving and organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Planning and designing data communication networks especially enterprise wireless and wired LAN
Preparing and Presenting network architecture designs to management staff
Overseeing the network implementation process, including setting project schedules and budgets
Managing information and network security best practices
Implementing upgrades to hardware and software as needed
Performing maintenance and repairs to network equipment
Keeping documentation of networks, including drawings, descriptions and configurations
Researching network technologies and staying up to date on advancements in the field
