At Oaklin Lane, the Stewardship Pathway is the team that holds all of that together. Within this pathway, there are four specializations — you’ll bring the one or two that fit your strengths.About Oaklin LaneOaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.What you’ll doOwn the financial and operational backbone that lets Oaklin Lane care reach familiesKeep your part of the revenue cycle clean and moving — claims, authorizations, credentialing, or billing oversightCoordinate with payers, families, clinicians, and other guides professionally and clearlyMaintain accurate records in the EMR, billing systems, and payer portalsSpot patterns, recommend process improvements, and help build the Stewardship playbookSupport the Access Pathway and clinical teams to keep eligibility, authorizations, and documentation on trackChoose your specializationWithin this pathway, you’ll focus on one or two specialty areas based on your strengths and experience. Each specialization is its own lane — and each one is fully supported by the others. When you apply, tell us which one or two you’re drawn to.BillingThe higher-level eye on revenue cycle integrity. You review unbilled and uncovered charges, run end-of-day billing, audit payer contracts, and handle the escalations.Review unbilled and uncovered charges and resolve them dailyExecute end-of-day billing updates and verify accuracyAudit fee schedules and payer contracts for alignment and complianceHandle Level II denials and escalated appealsInvestigate intricate billing discrepancies and recommend process fixesMaintain network payer spreadsheets and lead the rollout of revenue cycle tools (e.g., Availity Plus)Schedule · Full-time · Remote or hybrid · No nights or weekendsClaims & RemittanceThe day-to-day engine of the revenue cycle. You submit clean claims, process remittances, handle Level I denials, and keep patient billing accurate.File primary and secondary electronic and paper claimsProcess routine remittances and post payments accuratelyManage Level I denials and rejectionsAddress baseline billing errors and submit correctionsOversee patient payment statements, deductibles, and copay configurationsRespond to family billing questions clearly and warmlySchedule · Full-time · Remote or hybrid · No nights or weekendsAuthorizationsThe full-time guardrail on payer authorizations and benefits.
