We are looking for a talented and innovative Mock-up /</p><p>Graphic Designer to join our growing team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As a Mock-up / Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in helping customers visualize</p><p>their products before production. You'll transform customer logos and concepts into</p><p>photo-realistic product mockups, prepare production-ready artwork, create original</p><p>designs, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality</p><p>creative solutions.</p><p>This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, embraces AI-</p><p>powered creative tools, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p> Create high-quality, photo-realistic mockups by applying customer logos and</p><p>artwork to a wide range of promotional products, including apparel, drinkware,</p><p>bags, technology accessories, office products, awards, and other hard goods.</p><p> Convert customer artwork into clean, production-ready vector (AI/EPS) files.</p><p> Redraw low-resolution logos and graphics into scalable vector artwork suitable</p><p>for printing, embroidery, engraving, and other decoration methods.</p><p> Develop original graphic concepts, custom artwork, and branding designs based</p><p>on customer requirements.</p><p> Utilize AI-powered design tools to rapidly generate creative concepts and</p><p>mockup ideas, then refine them into professional production-quality designs</p><p>using Adobe Creative Suite.</p><p> Create detailed tech packs for apparel and selected hard goods, including</p><p>measurements, construction details, artwork placement, color specifications,</p><p>materials, trims, and production notes.</p><p> Prepare customer proofs and production artwork with exceptional attention to</p><p>detail.</p><p> Communicate directly with customers to clarify artwork requirements,</p><p>recommend design improvements, and ensure expectations are met.</p><p> Collaborate with sales, sourcing, production, and customer service teams to</p><p>deliver projects accurately and on schedule.</p><p> Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting</p><p>deadlines.</p><p> Stay current with design trends, AI technologies, printing techniques, and</p><p>promotional product innovations.</p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p> 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, product mockups, or</p><p>promotional product design.</p><p> Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.</p><p> Strong understanding of vector artwork creation, photo editing, masking, smart</p><p>objects, lighting, shadows, and realistic product rendering.</p><p> Experience preparing production-ready artwork for screen printing, embroidery,</p><p>heat transfer, DTF, sublimation, laser engraving, UV printing, and other</p><p>decoration methods.</p><p> Experience creating technical packs (Tech Packs) for apparel and product</p><p>development.</p><p> Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney,</p><p>ChatGPT, Microsoft Designer, Canva AI, or similar creative AI platforms.</p><p> Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.</p><p> Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.</p><p> Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate is:</p><p> Creative and passionate about solving design challenges.</p><p> Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a remote</p><p>team.</p><p> Detail-oriented and committed to delivering production-ready artwork.</p><p> Curious about new technologies and excited to leverage AI to improve creativity</p><p>and productivity.</p><p> Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</p><p> Able to balance speed, creativity, and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.</p><p>Portfolio Requirements</p><p>Please include a portfolio that demonstrates:</p><p> Photo-realistic product mockups</p><p> Apparel mockups</p><p> Promotional product designs</p><p> Original branding or logo work</p><p> Vector artwork recreation</p><p> Production-ready artwork</p><p> Tech pack examples (if available)</p><p> AI-assisted design projects (optional but encouraged)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Sourceeazy?</strong></p><p>At Sourceeazy, you'll work on exciting projects across the creators and branded</p><p>merchandise industry while helping shape the future of AI-enabled design workflows.</p><p>We encourage innovation, continuous learning, and creative problem-solving.
