We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Data Manager.
As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for defining data requirements, designing scalable data structures, and ensuring the effective management, governance, and integration of enterprise data assets. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in data management, data modeling, data governance, and enterprise data architecture.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Data Management and Data Governance
Proven experience in data modeling, database design, and data lifecycle management
Expertise in defining data requirements and translating business needs into data solutions
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data platforms
Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality frameworks
Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), metadata management, and data lineage
Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to data management
Familiarity with AI/ML data requirements and data preparation processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English
Responsibilities
Define data requirements, standards, and structures for business applications and enterprise platforms
Design and maintain logical and physical data models that support business and technical objectives
Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices
Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and availability across systems
Define data storage, integration, and retention strategies aligned with business needs
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand and prioritize data requirements
Oversee data integration initiatives and ensure seamless data flows across enterprise systems
Manage metadata, data lineage, and data cataloging processes
Support the implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks and practices
Monitor compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to improve data processes, architecture, and governance capabilities
Develop and maintain documentation related to data models, standards, and governance processes
