In this unarmed patrol role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a shelter location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and other security-related concerns.Monitor entry and common areas, assist with de-escalation support when appropriate, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.Support a respectful and professional environment by following post orders, maintaining visible presence, and helping to deter unauthorized access and other security-related issues.
